A DanceSport discipline where couples compete in all ten International ballroom and Latin dances. Ten Dance requires dancers to master both Standard and Latin techniques, making it one of the most demanding competitive dance categories.
The ten dances are the five International Standard dances (Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot and Quickstep) and the five International Latin dances (Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive).
