Terms of Service

YODS is an online dance studio (“we”, “us”, “YODS”). Memberships are sold and invoiced by Majestic Rugged and Wild Oy, business ID 3474761-2, Tunturikatu 16 C 46, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland. Contact: contact@dancewithyods.com.

YODS provides on-demand dance lessons and related content through the dancewithyods.com website and any successor domain. The service is delivered as streaming video; no files are made available for download.

You need an account to access the Studio area. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and take responsibility for activity on your account. One person per account, and sharing credentials is not allowed.

Some content requires an active subscription. Pricing and billing details are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or publicly rebroadcast the videos
• attempt to download, rip, or circumvent content protection
• reverse engineer, scrape, or stress-test the service
• use the service to upload unlawful or abusive content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All videos, text, and branding on YODS are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream them for your own use while your account is active. Content you contribute (journal entries, feedback) remains yours; by posting feedback with the public flag set, you grant us a licence to display it on the site.

We do our best to keep YODS running but offer the service on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work on every device.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including consumer rights under Finnish and EU law).

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present a security risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved by Finnish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after the update means you accept the new terms.
