Rumba

One of the five International Latin dances: slow and expressive, often called the dance of love, built on Cuban motion and delayed weight transfer.

A slow and expressive Latin dance danced in 4/4 time at 24–27 bars per minute (96–108 BPM). Often called the dance of love, Rumba emphasises Cuban motion, delayed weight transfer, body rhythm and emotional connection between partners. It is the slowest of the International Latin dances.
